When the lights go out, the mind stays on.
It is 3 a.m. again. The room is quiet, the day is finished, and still your thoughts run their loops — warm, restless, wide awake. Menopause changes the architecture of sleep, and the usual answers don't fit: melatonin that leaves a fog till noon, prescriptions you would rather not depend on, hormones you may have chosen to avoid.
STILLA MORPHEUS was composed for exactly this night — a hormone-free evening ritual that works with your body's own chemistry instead of overriding it.
Five, with restraint.
Every ingredient named. No proprietary blends, nothing hidden — a formula you can read like a label, because it is one.
KSM-66® is the most clinically studied full-spectrum ashwagandha root extract.
Three capsules, thirty minutes before bed. One box holds thirty nights.
- Organic KSM-66® Ashwagandha — A certified, full-spectrum root extract — included to support the stress axis and ease the evening cortisol that keeps a menopausal mind switched on.
- L-Tryptophan — An essential amino acid the body uses for its own serotonin and melatonin — the soft transition from day to rest.
- Lemon Balm Extract — A classic Mediterranean botanical, chosen to quiet neuronal excitability and nighttime restlessness.
- Magnesium Bisglycinate — Mineral support for muscle and nervous-system relaxation, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It is known especially for its very high bioavailability and excellent gastrointestinal tolerability.
- Vitamin B6 — Completes the formula with support for normal energy and nervous-system processes.
Why this formula, and where the claims stop.
STILLA MORPHEUS is presented as a food supplement for an evening wind-down routine. These sources explain the sleep context and ingredient rationale; they do not turn the product into a treatment for insomnia or menopause symptoms.
Scientific context: Dr. Dorothea Portius, Chief Science Officer, Elaria Dew AG. Source notes updated: 15 June 2026.
These source notes are educational. STILLA MORPHEUS is not a medicine and should not be used to diagnose, treat or cure sleep disorders. If symptoms persist, or if you use medication or HRT, speak with a qualified healthcare professional.
- Menopause sleep context — NIH/NIA explains that night sweats, hot flashes and mood changes can contribute to poor sleep during menopause. That is why this page speaks to the menopausal night instead of generic sleep.
- Stress-response botanical — NIH ODS summarizes ashwagandha sleep research as promising but limited, with short-term safety data and cautions for pregnancy, breastfeeding, thyroid or liver concerns and medication use.
- Nutrient support, not sedation — Magnesium and vitamin B6 are framed here for normal nervous-system and energy-metabolism support. They are not described as sleeping pills or disease treatments.
- NIH National Institute on Aging: Sleep Problems and Menopause — Menopause sleep context, including night sweats, hot flashes and mood changes.
- NIH Office of Dietary Supplements: Ashwagandha — Evidence and safety summary for stress, anxiety and sleep research.
- NIH Office of Dietary Supplements: Magnesium — Magnesium roles in muscle and nerve function.
- NIH Office of Dietary Supplements: Vitamin B6 — Vitamin B6 coenzyme and nutrient-status context.

Inquiries.
- What is the idea behind STILLA MORPHEUS? — STILLA MORPHEUS combines L-tryptophan, lemon balm, KSM-66® ashwagandha, magnesium and vitamin B6 in a formula for your evening routine. The selection draws on scientific research into links between nutrition, the nervous system, stress and sleep. This food supplement is for women who want plant compounds and micronutrients to accompany their evening rest.
- Does STILLA MORPHEUS contain melatonin, and what is L-tryptophan? — The formula described contains no added melatonin. Instead, it contains L-tryptophan, an amino acid the body uses as a starting material for serotonin and then melatonin. The composition therefore draws, among other things, on the body's own metabolic pathways. Your experience of taking it is individual.
- What roles do magnesium and vitamin B6 play? — Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to normal nervous system function. Magnesium also supports normal muscle function. They complement the plant extracts and L-tryptophan with nutrients that have recognised functions, as a deliberate part of the formula for your evening routine.
- When should I take STILLA MORPHEUS? — Take STILLA MORPHEUS in the evening, about 30–60 minutes before bed, ideally 30 minutes to one hour after your last evening meal. Elaria Dew recommends not taking it directly with a protein-rich meal. Follow the daily amount on your current packaging; an extra portion when you wake during the night is not intended.
- Why does STILLA MORPHEUS combine several ingredients? — Evening rest involves different physical processes. The formula therefore combines plant extracts with an amino acid and micronutrients. The scientific selection considers these different approaches. A combination can have a sound rationale without automatically proving that all ingredients enhance each other's effects.
- What should I bear in mind with STILLA MORPHEUS? — If you use sleeping pills, sedatives or antidepressants, or have a thyroid, liver or autoimmune condition, seek professional advice before use. Ashwagandha can cause drowsiness; do not drive if you feel drowsy. Persistent sleep problems deserve medical attention. STILLA MORPHEUS does not replace treatment for a sleep disorder.
- How can I assess whether the evening routine suits me? — Notice how you settle down in the evening and how rested you feel in the morning. A brief sleep diary helps you recognise patterns and look at changes over several days. Include your bedtimes and daytime activities to assess your wellbeing in context.
- What else can I do for a calm evening? — Create a regular end to your day: dim the lights, put your phone aside and read, for example. Make time for this. You can include STILLA MORPHEUS in this routine according to the recommended use.
Roman stillness. — Swiss precision.
STILLA MORPHEUS is inspired by the antique thermal baths — places built for women to slow down in beauty and dignity. Its standards, however, are entirely modern.
The formula was developed in Switzerland with our partner Cannsol; every batch is produced in the EU to pharmaceutical standards: named ingredients, controlled origins, no shortcuts. The jar on your nightstand should be as serious as it is beautiful.
Sleep deeper within thirty nights — or your money back.
Thirty nights per box. However you begin, the Stilla Hour is yours.
